Private transfer and chauffeur service from Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP) to Milan city centre, Lake Como, Lake Maggiore, Lake Garda, Turin, Lugano, Geneva, Zurich, and all destinations across northern Italy and beyond. Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 (easyJet). Flight tracking, meet and greet inside the arrivals hall. Fixed price, door to door. The main international gateway to Milan and northern Italy's most important luxury and fashion capital.
Milan Malpensa Airport (IATA: MXP) is the primary international airport of Milan and of northern Italy — the second busiest airport in Italy after Rome Fiumicino, handling over 28 million passengers annually from its position approximately 50 kilometres northwest of Milan city centre near the town of Busto Arsizio in the Varese province. It is the hub for ITA Airways (formerly Alitalia) and a major base for easyJet, connecting Milan to over 180 destinations across Europe, the Americas, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. All intercontinental arrivals to Milan land at Malpensa — if you are arriving from outside Europe, you will be at MXP.
The airport operates two physically separate terminals, a critical operational distinction. Terminal 1 (T1) is the main facility, handling ITA Airways, Lufthansa, British Airways, Air France, KLM, Emirates, Qatar Airways, Turkish Airlines, Delta, American, Cathay Pacific, and virtually all major international carriers. Terminal 2 (T2) is used exclusively by easyJet — it is a separate building approximately 4 kilometres from T1, connected by a free shuttle bus running every 7 minutes during the day and every 30 minutes at night (23:00–06:00). A passenger arriving on easyJet at T2 who has a driver positioned at T1 will face a 15 to 20 minute additional journey between terminals. Always specify your airline — or "easyJet" vs "not easyJet" — when booking, so your driver is positioned correctly.
The Malpensa Express train connects T1 directly to Milan city centre — Milano Centrale in approximately 50 minutes, Milano Cadorna in approximately 30 minutes. For single travellers with light luggage, this is the fastest public transport option. For groups, for guests with luggage, for VIP arrivals, for any destination outside the train corridor (including Lake Como, Turin, Lugano, or any point requiring a car), and for any client whose programme demands precision timing, private chauffeur provides the only reliable door-to-door service.

* Approximate times under normal traffic. The A8/A9 motorway from MXP to Milan city centre is frequently congested during weekday peak hours (07:30–09:30 and 17:00–19:30) and on Friday afternoons. During Salone del Mobile (April) and Milan Fashion Week (February/September), city-approach traffic can be materially worse — allow 90+ minutes for airport-to-hotel transfers during these weeks.
The Fiera Milano exhibition centre at Rho — the largest trade fair complex in Italy and one of the largest in Europe — is located approximately 22 kilometres from Malpensa Airport and just 18 to 30 minutes by private chauffeur. This makes MXP uniquely efficient for Fiera trade fair visitors: Salone del Mobile (the world's most important furniture and design fair), EICMA (the world's largest motorcycle show), HOMI, Made in Steel, and dozens of other annual trade fairs all fill Fiera Milano with international delegates throughout the year. For a Salone or EICMA day visitor arriving on an early flight and departing the same evening, the MXP-to-Fiera transfer is 25 minutes each way — the entire Milan programme can be completed without touching the city at all.
Uber operates in Milan but is legally restricted from meeting passengers inside the terminal arrivals hall at both Malpensa and Linate. Uber pickups require the passenger to walk to designated external pickup zones with luggage — zones that are not well-marked, particularly for first-time visitors. During Salone del Mobile and Fashion Week, Uber surge pricing can significantly exceed the cost of a pre-booked private transfer with a fixed price. Our drivers meet you inside the arrivals hall, after customs, with a name sign — no walking to external zones, no surge pricing, no uncertainty.

Terminal 2 is used exclusively by easyJet. All other airlines — ITA Airways, British Airways, Lufthansa, Air France, Emirates, Qatar, Turkish, Delta, American, and all others — use Terminal 1. T1 and T2 are approximately 4 kilometres apart. Specify your airline when booking so your driver is positioned at the correct terminal exit.
Approximately 45 to 70 minutes under normal traffic via the A8 motorway. During peak hours (07:30–09:30 and 17:00–19:30) and during Salone del Mobile and Fashion Week, allow 90 minutes or more. The Malpensa Express train reaches Centrale in 50 minutes — but cannot carry you door-to-door with luggage, and cannot take you to Lake Como, Lugano, or any destination outside the train corridor.
Lake Como city (Como) is approximately 40 kilometres from MXP — approximately 35 to 50 minutes. Bellagio is approximately 75 kilometres — 1 hour 5 to 1 hour 25 minutes. Lake Como is actually closer to Malpensa than to Milan city centre, making MXP the optimal arrival airport for Lake Como villa guests.
Yes. Your driver monitors your flight in real time and adjusts to your actual landing. There is no additional charge for delays within the standard complimentary waiting period.
Fiera Milano at Rho is approximately 22 kilometres from Malpensa Airport — approximately 18 to 30 minutes by private chauffeur. It is one of the most airport-convenient major exhibition centres in Europe, making MXP the practical choice for Salone del Mobile and EICMA day visitors.
