Odeon of Herodes Atticus — Practical Transport Note
The Odeon of Herodes Atticus is accessed on foot from Dionysiou Areopagitou Street, the pedestrianised promenade running along the south side of the Acropolis. Vehicles drop off and collect guests at the Dionysiou Areopagitou junction, a 3 to 5 minute walk from the theatre entrance. This is a standard arrangement known to all experienced Athens drivers. Post-show pickup — after 23:00 on most performance evenings — requires a pre-arranged meeting point; your driver waits in contact.
Rockwave Festival — Terra Vibe Park, Malakasa
Rockwave is Greece's biggest international rock and metal festival, held each summer at Terra Vibe Park in Malakasa, approximately 30 kilometres north of central Athens along the Athens–Thessaloniki motorway. The festival typically runs over 3 to 5 days in July and has featured major international headliners including Iron Maiden, Rammstein, Linkin Park, and Foo Fighters. The journey from central Athens to Terra Vibe takes approximately 30 to 40 minutes by private chauffeur. Athens Marathon — November
