MIPIM takes place annually in March at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès in Cannes, typically running from Monday to Friday across five days. The 2027 edition runs from 15 to 19 March.
MIPIM offers a complimentary shuttle between certain partner hotels and the Palais des Festivals on a fixed schedule. This service is only available from designated partner hotels within its network. Delegates staying in private villas, Monaco, Nice, Cap d'Antibes, or non-partner hotels are not covered and require their own private transport arrangement.
The journey from Monaco to the Palais des Festivals in Cannes takes approximately 40 to 50 minutes by private chauffeur under normal conditions. During MIPIM, early morning departures (before 8:00) are recommended to arrive ahead of peak Croisette congestion. We provide daily Monaco-to-Cannes return transfers throughout the event week for delegates based in the Principality.

Prime vehicle availability during MIPIM week is limited — the event coincides with early March when Cannes is already starting to receive international business traffic.
